One thing about quarterly pest control is having the same company do it, is that we take good notes on certain spots. And for years, this particular corner has been a hot area. There’s a lot of HVAC units right outside this wall and we definitely treat those spots thoroughly. And then we also treat this spot here in the corner very thoroughly, because again, it’s the main problem area. Regular pest control and having a company, or having people that are keeping notes. And oftentimes, you don’t have the same technician, although most of our work, we do have the same technician. It’s really helpful, at the very least, to have the same company with good notes, to really know where these entry points are, where the problem areas are, and see to those areas every single time.
